Include Android, native HarmonyOS or iOS, the app version and issue, plus a necessary order reference for purchase problems. You may use “Privacy / deletion request” as subject. Do not send passwords, full card details, live tokens or unrelated media; remove unnecessary attachment/device information before sending.
